I went to go see The Spiderwick Chronicles in IMAX last week, it was great! I have to admit that I really enjoed the movie. I know it is suppost to be for kids, but I love the story of the semi-disturbed little kid getting mixed up with goblins and orges.

I also really liked how they interpreted the art of Tony DiTerlizzi (My favorite illustrator since I was ten) to the big screen. They even got all of the details like the goblin's teeth being made out of broken glass right. I was very impressed. I came out of the theater itching to draw and paint.

This weekend Joe and I threw a party at our new apartment. Most of these photos are from after when the party started to die down and we only had a few hardcore party goers left. We ended up playing rock band until almost dawn.
