Our redesigned home page makes it easier to find the information you need with a new Modular Dashboard that provides:
  • At-a-glance information to help you effectively manage your account.
  • Easy access to key actions with prominent top-of-screen placements and
    clear shortcuts.
  • Single View Functionality that integrates the benefits of Index View and
    Folder View.

Job Wizard Preview Page
This new page has been added in response to feedback from our customers. Appearing between the Job Posting and Job Thank You pages, the Job Wizard Preview Page will confirm the specific job inventory and quantity that will be used, prior to submission. Your jobs will only be posted after clicking "Post Now" on this page.

The Thank You page has been updated to include improved navigation and One-Click access to common Next Steps.

Combined Index and Folder views show 10 most recently viewed folders (and related seeker pool) from home page.
Simplified access to finish your incomplete postings saves you time.
Resume Search module includes summary information and expiration date so that you can keep tabs on status and ensure continued access.
Job Posting module provides summary information to keep you apprised of current inventory status.
"Create & Post" button associated with each unique job product gives you control over which product to use and which settings should be applied to your Job Postings.
Job Inventory Counter shows availability for each job product. If no Job Postings remain, a prompt to purchase additional inventory appears at the beginning of the posting process.
A redesigned Filters Section that includes an option to "hide additional filters" for the Job ID and Reference Code options—thus reducing the amount of space taken by filters and enabling you to display more Job Posting information on initial page load.

Note: There are no changes to the filter options/behavior.
A new Enhancements column that provides a visual indicator of which Job Postings have Bold or Auto-Refresh applied.

Note: The column is dynamic and will only appear if at least one posting has an enhancement applied.
One-click access to Post Another Job or to Manage Job Postings has been added to save time and streamline your workflow.
A link to "Print Receipt" has been added to enable you to access a printer-friendly version of the confirmation page, if you need to print a copy for your records.
The Quick Links section provides one-click access to all of your main activities.
A new Preview page appears when selecting to Renew Job Postings, providing users with a much clearer picture of the specific inventory and quantity that will be charged.
The option to "View Folder" has been moved to the top of the screen, next to the Folder's Name.
